This is one of the coolest horses I’ve ever had the pleasure of listing. Deano is a 9 year old gelding by The Factor out of a Slew City Slew mare. 16.1+ and thick. He is stunning with a beautiful head, eye, expression and neck. So classy and smart. He ran 94 times! Was in the top three 45 times. His legs aren’t totally clean but he is sound. He has been a pony since retiring, for about 6 months. His owner jumped on him bareback in a halter and he couldn’t have cared less. Horses like this don’t come around often. $4000. Opelousas, LA

You guys know I’ve always been an advocate for the less than perfect horses and this boy is no different.
He had an accident as a foal that left him with a head tilt. It is not always noticeable but it is there. He got broke, went though all the training to prepare for a race and ran 3 times with no issues. Do I think he will be your next upper level mount? No. But I do think he will be fine for a low/mid level career.

I have a nice broodmare or restart available! I fell in love with this mare’s foal in the paddock as he was stunning and so classy! I can see he can gets it from his mama. She is a 13 year old by Super Saver out of a Malagra mare. 16h+. Connections say she is sound, easy to catch and handle. Despite cycling normally, they haven’t been able to get her in foal the last two years.

Apollo is a 5 year old gelding by Clearly Now out of a Flatter mare. Pushing 17 hands. I sold him off the track January 2025. He was introduced to eventing, won his first event and secured a spot at the 4 year old YEH in Maryland. He’s a pleasure to be around, soft and sensible ride but best suited for an experienced rider or ambitious young pro. This horse has a 10+ gallop. Very brave to jumps. Has all the potential to go up the levels in evening or straight jumpers.
